I have a lot of announcements to make!

But before that...
前の投稿でご支援のお願いをお願いしたところたくさんの方からご協力、御支援をいただきました。本当にありがとうございます。写真を撮る間も無く次々と使わせていただきました。御礼状も間に合わず非礼をお許しください。紙おむつ、トイレシート、消毒薬など日々大量に使うものなのでとても助かりました。
また、お預かりしたご支援金は全て医療費としても使わせていただきます。
心よりお礼申し上げます。
In the last post, I put out a call for assistance, and I actually received a lot of help and support from many of you! Thank you all so much. I got things to use as soon as I took the pictures, and please forgive me for not expressing my gratitude more quickly. Paper diapers, potty pads, antiseptic--all these things I use in large amounts every day, so you really helped me out.
Also, I'm using all the money you sent me in medical bills for the animals.

まずは近場の譲渡会でお披露目を
First, making her debut at a nearby adoption fair
お散歩も上手に行けるようになりました。
里親さん大募集！
She's also now able to go on walks!
Looking for her forever home!
② うめこ

食べているのに体重が増えない、血液検査の結果も良くない（貧血がひどくリンの数値も上がってきてしまった）と心配していたのですが、試験的に使った薬とサプリが効果があったようですこし安定したように見えました。でもここ数日また食欲が落ち体温も下がってしまったことから病院へ。体温36.5℃、胸水もたまっていました。即入院で胸水を抜く処置をしてもらいました。
Even though she's eating, she won't gain any weight, and I was worried that her blood test results wouldn't be good (awful anemia, phosphorus levels up), but the trial medicine and supplements seemed to have an effect! She looks a bit more steady now. However, the past few days she seems to be losing her appetite, and her body temperature has also lowered, so I'm taking her to the hospital again. Her temperature is 36.5℃, and pleural fluid has built up in her, so I had her hospitalized so they could get rid of it.
胸水を抜いてからエコーで見ると心臓と肺にくっつく形で腫瘍がありました。卵巣腫瘍があるうめこさん、肺に転移した可能性もありますし心臓の腫瘍の可能性もあります。いずれにせよ手術はできる状態ではないのです。フィラリアの寄生により肺動脈も太くなっていたようです。頻繁に溜まるようであればチューブを留置して胸水が抜けるようにする処置もあるのですが腎臓の問題もあり うめこさんが麻酔に耐えられるかどうか…。
この子たちも募集を始めます。

そして・・・初めましてのベンジーです
And finally....Benji says it's nice to meet you all!
収容写真では犬種の判別ができなかったベンジー。鎧を脱いだらアメリカンコッカーになりました(^_^;)
Based on the pound's pictures I couldn't tell what breed he was. Once I removed his armor, he became an American Cocker Spaniel (^_^;)
10歳は超えているものと思われます。両目ともに白内障で見えていません。耳も遠いみたい。フィラリアは陰性、血液検査もエコーでも特に問題はなし！どんな環境にいたのか解らないけど去勢手術をしてあるところを見ると一般家庭で飼われていた子だと思います。
I'd put him at over 10 years old. He has cataracts in both eyes and can't see. He also seems to have hearing problems. He was negative for falaria, and both his blood tests and ultrasounds came out fine! I don't know what sort of situation he was in before, but based on the fact that he's neutered, I'd guess he was kept in a normal household.
可愛いと思っていた時もあったでしょう。それなのになぜこんな状態になるまで放置し10年、もしくはそれ以上の時間を共に過ごした子を遺棄したのか？
I bet there was a time when they thought he was cute; and yet, why would they neglect him until he became this bad for 10 years, or maybe they abandoned another one who had spent even more time than that with them?
食べることと触られることが大好きなおじいちゃん。一緒に居られる時間はたくさんはないかもしれません。でも、もう一度この子に「家族と一緒で楽しいな」と思える時間を与えてあげたい。どうか、良いご縁がありますように。
He's a sweet old man who loves eating and being touched. We might not have much more time together, but I want to give him the time and the opportunity to think again, "Man, I love being with a family." I hope the odds are in his favor.

She already has cervical tumors, and it's possible that they moved into her lungs and also to her heart. In any case, she's not in a state where she could get surgery. It also seems that her pulmonary artery has fattened due to filaria parasites. If we think the fluid's going to accumulate frequently, we could possibly hook her up to a tube to drain it, but she also has problems with her kidneys...I wonder if she'd be able to stand anaesthesia.
I realized it's time to be prepared.
I'm just hoping that she's not in any pain or suffering during the time she has left.

いつも一緒のさくらとシェリー。2頭ともすっかり元気になって、体重も標準並みになりました。（シェリーはちとオーバー気味💦）
相変わらずびびりですがゴハンの催促だけは並み以上です
These two are always together, and together, they've grown much more energetic, and grown to be a normal weight. (Sherry might be a bit over...)
They're yapping away as usual, and their demands for more food are the only things a bit over the normal.
